Yes. We offer complete online training through our educational center. All agents can receive their required prerequisite training courses through our online educational center. New York State requires a 75 hour course, and the State of Connecticut requires a 60 hour course. Most finish the online course within 2-3 weeks.

Once a prospective agent finishes their prerequisite course, they would register and sit for their exam. After passing, the exam, CapMark Realty can onboard you within the brokerage and assist you with registering with the MLS (NYC does not have an MLS).

Once on-boarded into our brokerage system, you will complete two orientation courses covered by CapMark Realty. The first is the basics of becoming a real estate agent, and the second is our Buyer Representation Essentials Course which covers the new changes within the NAR commission and representation structure.
